May Day Reflections

A soft return doesn’t mean you’re weak. It means you’re learning how to re-enter on your own terms.
Today is May Day. It's a day that is traditionally tied to renewal, rebirth, and community gathering. But for many of us, interpersonal connection hasn’t exactly felt like a celebration. It’s felt awkward. Tiring. Sometimes even painful.
We don’t always reemerge gracefully. We can fumble. We can even ghost others. We might scan rooms before stepping into them. But even that counts as movement.
If you’re rebuilding at your own pace, you’re not behind. You’re just brave enough to take healing seriously. And that's what's needed to move forward. So, don't lose out on your momentum.
If you'd like, please share your moment. It doesn’t have to be long. It just has to be real. Because we can all be in this, together.
You can still put in a submission on the Google Forms page here if you're not quite sure what to say.
